




Job Summary: This position ensures master data updates and new product management for business project development, including recipe creation and production master data management. Requires experience in production areas and personnel management. **JOB SUMMARY:** Location: Toluca Chocolate and Beverages Plant. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Profile: Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Production Processes, or related fields. Production experience. **POSITION SNAPSHOT:** Ensure master data updates through HALB / FERT / ZPCK new product management for new business project development. **A DAY IN THE LIFE OF…** 1. Recipe and BOM Creation * Create HALB / FERT BOM based on specifications generated by the Application Group. * Create manufacturing recipes according to line and labor standards generated by Process Engineers (Manufacturing Coordinators). * Create HALB / ZRWK / UNBW materials as requested by the Application Group during new product development. 2. Master Data Management * Coordinate with Plant DPS, via the weekly production plan, on order availability in SAP R/3 system to avoid impacting timely execution of production processes in the system. * Validate, according to the production schedule, proper release of process orders ensuring their replication across different systems (FEAT / SAM / DMO). * Create and update Production Master Data (recipes, BOMs, production versions, resources), using updated and validated Manufacturing Standards provided by the Coordinator, Industrial Performance, Controlling, and Plant Manager, to ensure accurate production planning and costing.
