A major American company with global presence is seeking personnel for the position of Human Resources Assistant in personnel services, managing cafeteria and employee transportation services within an industrial sector. **Functions and/or Activities:** Activities focused on employee services: Coordination and supervision of industrial cafeteria and employee transportation providers, organization of events, general employee support. Ensure high-quality service delivery from cafeteria and employee transportation providers by performing activities such as: Supervision of the industrial cafeteria provider, defining food menus, tasting meals, inspecting cafeteria facilities, random checks of raw materials, managing meal tickets for new employees, arranging special meals for events, addressing employee concerns regarding the cafeteria, among others. Supervision of the employee transportation service provider, monitoring routes, evaluating the efficiency of existing routes, handling user suggestions, auditing transportation vehicles, managing transportation services for new employees, verifying compliance with transportation and safety regulations. Manage and ensure cafeteria and employee transportation services during overtime shifts and weekends. Control and track cafeteria consumption for billing validation. Participate in the planning and organization of institutional, team-building, and workplace climate events. (Obtaining quotes from suppliers, purchase requests, managing gifts and special events) General human resources tasks related to employee support (distribution of uniforms, PPE, among others). **Requirements**: **Required experience in personnel services, including supervision of cafeteria and transportation providers in an industrial setting** Workplace located at Tres Naciones Industrial Park Must have personal transportation Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:00 am \- 4:00 pm, with availability to cover weekend shifts as needed.
