Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate production personnel, ensure compliance with production schedules, quality and safety standards, and prepare progress reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and coordination of production personnel 2. Ensuring compliance with programs and standards 3. Preparation of daily progress reports Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience in the metal-mechanical industry * Knowledge and interpretation of engineering drawings * Experience in personnel supervision * Ability to assign and track activities * Skill in delivering safety talks and/or shift start-up briefings (5 minutes) * Availability to rotate shifts Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate production personnel * Ensure adherence to production schedules * Guarantee compliance with quality and safety standards * Prepare daily progress reports for each project Salary: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
