




Trinity Rail de Mexico Seeks Quality Inspector **Primary Purpose:** Compliance with Regulations, Industry Standards, and Internal Procedures, as well as necessary testing by car type, to ensure the manufacturing of parts, sub-assemblies, and railroad cars. **General Responsibilities:** * Consistently comply with all activities at the assigned hold point during the manufacturing of parts, sub-assemblies, and railroad cars. * Ensure proper control in the use of templates and measuring equipment in designated areas. * Halt the manufacturing process of parts, sub-assemblies, and railroad cars if any deviation from Trinity Rail's compliance matrix is detected. * Provide feedback to the production supervisor through the defect sheet regarding findings at the assigned hold point. * Monitor "Non-mandatory for Quality" activities during the manufacturing of parts, sub-assemblies, and railroad cars. * Instruct or train unionized personnel on applicable QA and QS procedures for the station. * Ensure that Trinity Rail’s compliance matrix is fully completed (100%) within their area of responsibility. * Meet targets for each process regarding external, customer, and integrated audits of the Trinity Rail system. * Control and review MQARs from the manufacturing process of parts, sub-assemblies, and railroad cars. * Ensure compliance and participation in the First Article Inspection program. * Control status indicators for parts, sub-assemblies, or railroad cars. * Comply with the safety, health, and environmental management system. * Continuously promote a culture of zero injuries and incidents within their area of responsibility. Technical Education, Engineering Degree, or related field Experience: 1 Year Languages: Basic English Competencies: * Functional Knowledge: Has developed a specialized level of skills to perform assigned tasks. * Business Experience: Applies knowledge of how related teams impact goal achievement.
