### **TRINITY RAIL DE MEXICO** ### **WE HAVE THE FOLLOWING JOB OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU** **Position Title:** Warehouse Keeper **Main Purpose:** The main purpose of a warehouse keeper is to ensure the efficient flow of products and materials within the warehouse, guaranteeing their proper receipt, storage, control, and distribution. **General Responsibilities:** 1\. Receive materials in the warehouse, verifying data from the TL invoice, shipping order, (Bill of Landing), and Purchase Order, checking the part number and product description against the physical units for entry into the LX system. 2\. Code and arrange received materials in the warehouse to facilitate identification and control. 3\. Conduct physical inventory counts of existing warehouse materials to confirm their presence and safekeeping, and report to immediate supervisor. 4\. Maintain internal system records of material entries and exits. 5\. Receive, safeguard, and deliver warehouse materials, controlling stock levels and maintaining corresponding entry and exit records. 6\. Perform daily and weekly physical inventories as required to verify and validate stock levels. 7\. Generate material entry and exit reports. 8\. Conduct cyclic counts of warehouse materials. **Job Requirements** **Education:** Secondary school. **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience required. **Languages:** Not required. **Knowledge:** * Warehouse management knowledge. * Computer equipment knowledge. * Proficiency in Office software. * Experience with TPM and 5'S. * Inventory control.
