




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to standardize and continuously improve processes, policies, and manuals, leading implementation and monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Identification and standardization of processes and policies 2. Development of restructuring and continuous improvement strategies 3. Monitoring of process adoption and KPI analysis REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Processes, Quality Management, or related field * 2–3 years of experience in Process Mapping, Continuous Improvement, Change Management, and Internal Audits * Knowledge of process modeling methodologies (BPMN, SIPOC, flowcharts) * Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, etc.) * KPIs RESPONSIBILITIES: * Identify the need for standardization of processes, policies, manuals, etc. * Develop restructuring strategies aligned with current needs and objectives * Propose implementation plans tailored to each department’s specific requirements * Coordinate and support staff training on newly created or updated materials * Monitor adoption of implemented processes or documents * Track and analyze established KPIs per process, reporting results to department leadership for decision-making WE OFFER: * Statutory Benefits (IMSS, Vacation, Year-end Bonus, Vacation Premium) * Integrated Safety, Health, and Environmental Management System (SGMM) * TotalPass * Hybrid Work Model Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Term Salary: $18,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Medical expense insurance * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
