Remote and telephone technical support to customers. Assistance in workshop technical activities. Direct support to workshop supervisor Jorge Rauda. Candidate Profile: Responsible and punctual individual. Proactive attitude and initiative to solve problems. Good personal appearance. Ability to work well in a team. Friendly interaction with customers and colleagues. Our team maintains a relaxed and quiet work environment; therefore, we seek a friendly individual who contributes positively to the team. Requirements: Knowledge of computer repair. Basic remote support skills. Ability to drive a car (preferred). Driver's license (preferred). Preferably resides near the office to avoid high transportation costs. Work Location: Col. Centro, Torreón.
