**Job Title: Senior Analyst Occupational Health and Medical Services** **Main Purpose:** Ensure the highest level of health and well-being for the organization's workers through preventive programs for both illnesses and work-related risks. **General Responsibilities:** * 1\. Ensure the integrity of personnel. * 2\. Implement and monitor occupational health programs and procedures based on current legislation, corporate standards, and the Annual Occupational Health Program. * 3\. Provide medical consultation services for general illness. * 4\. Provide care to workers for work-related risks in internal control cases and follow-up on IMSS management cases. * 5\. Interpret audiometry tests (new hire exams and periodic exams). * 6\. Interpret spirometry tests (new hire exams and periodic exams). * 7\. Issue medical assessments for periodic exams and new hires based on conducted test batteries, including recommendations. * 8\. Conduct job position analyses in problematic cases. * 9\. Perform medical evaluations for special cases, issuing reports and recommendations. * 10\. Coordinate health events and campaigns with local, state, or federal public health institutions. * 11\. Prepare and distribute health bulletins as well as related observances. * 12\.
