




Job Title: Senior Equipment Maintenance Administrator Main Purpose: Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of plant machinery, equipment, and facilities through the annual maintenance plan triggered by the EAM system, at the lowest possible cost while complying with Safety, Quality, and Efficiency standards. General Responsibilities: Implement, with support from the scheduler and the Maintenance Management system, annual, monthly, weekly, and autonomous preventive maintenance programs for machinery to prevent production downtime and track maintenance costs per equipment. Manage efficient control of spare parts and replacement equipment. . Issue machinery maintenance reports including: a. Performance b. Lubrication c. Worn parts d. Etc. Responsible for executing at least one monthly improvement impacting SQDCE. . Ensure correct use of the EAM system by reporting staff and verify requirements generated by each assigned Work Order. Ensure that their personnel (electromechanical) enter data into the EAM system. Responsible for maintaining and promoting worker safety, as well as delivering the 5-minute safety talk at the beginning of each shift. Ensure that all team members have the necessary certifications according to the skills matrix. Ensure all team members have the required tools to perform their tasks. Job Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field Experience: 2 \- 3 years in this role within the metal-mechanic industry, focused on preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment and machinery.
