The candidate will be responsible for requirements gathering, designing, developing, maintaining solutions, and improving applications for a retail-sector company. The candidate will participate in the development of technological solutions, system optimization, and technical decision-making to enhance platform efficiency and scalability. **Location**: Monterrey, Nuevo León (Obispado area) **Work Mode**: On-site **Working Hours**: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. / Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. \- 2:00 p.m. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop complete frontend and backend applications. * Design and optimize APIs and backend services. * Participate in software architecture decisions. * Conduct code reviews and ensure quality standards. * Identify opportunities for performance and scalability improvements. * Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and operations teams. * Participate in application deployment and maintenance. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Reside in Nuevo León** * 3–7 years of Full Stack development experience. * Frontend * React (mandatory) * HTML5 * CSS3 * JavaScript / TypeScript * Backend * Python * Experience developing APIs **Other Technical Requirements** * Experience working with ERPs such as Odoo * Experience using Git (must have an account) * Database management: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB **Desirable** * Experience in retail-sector companies * Experience with cloud platforms or deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP) **WE OFFER:** * Monthly salary of $40,000 \- $50,000 (net) * Gympass (fitness benefit) * Opportunity for professional development and growth * Participation in challenging technology projects Salary: $40,000\.00 \- $50,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Application Questions: * How many years of experience do you have working as a Full Stack Developer? * Have you professionally used React and Python in production projects? * Have you worked with Odoo and other ERPs?
