Job Summary: Monitor cameras, GPS systems, and alarms; detect and report incidents; and activate security protocols to ensure compliance with procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Video surveillance and GPS system monitoring 2. Security incident detection and tracking 3. Security protocol activation and communication * Monitor video surveillance cameras, GPS systems, alarms, and control platforms. * Detect, report, and track incidents, anomalies, or relevant events. * Record incidents in physical or digital logs. * Activate security and communication protocols in response to risk situations. * Maintain constant communication with operational staff, drivers, or security guards. * Verify compliance with established routes, schedules, and procedures. * Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on events and incidents. * Safeguard the confidentiality of handled information. * Support continuous improvement of monitoring and security processes.
