Job Summary: We are seeking an internal security guard for the night shift, responsible for access control, enforcement of internal regulations, and support to the front desk. Key Highlights: 1. Legal benefits and statutory entitlements Hiring for an internal security guard position at Quality Inn Monterrey La Fe hotel, night shift. Working hours: 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. One day off per week. Daily meals provided to employees. Gender: Unrestricted. Age: Unrestricted. Food vouchers. Prior experience as a security guard in other companies is required, preferably in the hotel/tourism industry. Responsibilities of the Security Guard include: * Vehicle access control in the parking area. * Enforcement of internal regulations among guests and staff. * Support to the front desk. Statutory benefits: * Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS). * National Workers' Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT). * Year-end bonus (15 days per year worked, or prorated based on hire date). * Vacation time and vacation premium. * Statutory holidays, with option to work or take time off.
