We offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment that fosters professional growth and values the ideas and contributions of every employee. **Location**: Juárez, Nuevo León. **Job Requirements** * Minimum education: Technical degree in related fields. * Availability to rotate shifts. * At least one year of experience in environmental roles. * Interpersonal communication and computer skills. * Knowledge of safety, inspection, and risk monitoring topics. **Job Responsibilities** * Verify on-site compliance with established environmental practices and controls. * Conduct inspections in operational areas to identify deviations or environmental risk conditions. * Support the implementation and monitoring of internal environmental programs. * Supervise the proper segregation, identification, handling, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste. * Verify labeling and temporary storage of waste and chemical substances according to established guidelines. * Identify poor environmental practices and promote their immediate correction with responsible personnel. * Verify operational controls related to emissions, spills, housekeeping, and on-floor environmental conditions. * Respond to, document, and report environmental incidents or deviations. * Participate in root cause investigations of environmental incidents or non-compliances. * Collaborate with Production, Safety, and Maintenance teams to drive floor-level improvement actions. * Propose corrective and preventive actions, and follow up to ensure assigned actions are closed. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Competitive monthly salary. * Company-provided transportation. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Safe and collaborative work environment.
