A leading company in the automotive sector is seeking: ***EHS Manager*** Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Safety, Environmental Science, or related field. * Conversational English. * \+4 years of EHS experience in the manufacturing industry. * Experience handling hazardous materials and chemicals. * Willingness to work in Salinas Victoria, N.L. Knowledge: * Mexican occupational safety and environmental legislation. * ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 systems\. * Manufacturing of compounds, plastics, or chemicals. * Compliance with Civil Protection inspections or requirements. Responsibilities: * Industrial Safety Management. * Supervision of contractor safety and pre-work safety training. * Environmental Management. * Control of environmental impacts. * Fire Protection and Emergency Response Management. * Execution of fire and disaster drills. * Legal Compliance and Certifications. * Ensuring compliance with STPS (Ministry of Labor) safety regulations. * Review of compliance with NOM standards (NOM\-001, NOM\-002, etc.). * Training and Safety Culture Development. * Training on chemical handling and emergency response. * Plant Inspections and Improvement Activities. * 5S Management and safety signage. * Reporting and Document Management.
