If you seek stability and growth, En-trega is looking for your talent: Documentation Specialist Requirements: Education: High school diploma Experience: Customer service (face-to-face contact), basic warehouse knowledge, knowledge of transportation units (desirable), invoicing, tracking, dispatching, and shipping. Responsibilities: - Supervise vehicles upon arrival at the client’s facility - Ensure personnel under your supervision comply with the client’s requirements within their facilities - Maintain electronic equipment and personal protective equipment assigned by the company - Ensure client merchandise is properly loaded onto the vehicle without issues - Document cargo delivered to the client - Track client waybills to ensure timely and accurate delivery - Prevent losses in service and maintain close client relationships - Follow up on the return of client documents (acknowledgments) We Offer: -Monthly salary of $14,676.72 before taxes -Legal benefits -IMSS contributions based on 100% of your salary -Savings fund -Birthday leave -Continuous training -Growth opportunities -Profit-sharing payments -Uniform -School scholarships for children -School supplies support (reimbursement) -Funeral expense assistance Schedule: -Monday to Friday: 12:00–21:00; Saturdays: 14:00–19:00 Work Location: -Carlos Salinas 1500 J, Warehouse 10, Parque HG1500, 66600 Cdad.
