We are not merely looking for someone who can cook—we seek a strategist who will take charge of our kitchen team, optimize our current recipe portfolio, and refine operational processes to elevate our production to the next level of excellence. **Key Responsibilities** * **Team Leadership:** Full responsibility for the production brigade, ensuring discipline, motivation, and achievement of daily goals. * **Recipe Portfolio Optimization:** Review, improve, and standardize our technical recipes to guarantee gourmet quality at high volume. * **Inventory and Cost Management:** Control waste and technical portioning to maintain profitability. * **Quality and Safety:** Ensure every dish meets flavor, presentation, and food safety standards. **Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. * **Mobility:** No transportation issues for covering the scheduled work hours. * **Skills:** Advanced proficiency in costing, creation of technical specifications, and personnel management. * **Mindset:** Proactive, solution-oriented, and clinically organized. **Working Conditions** * **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. * **Location:** Av. San Jerónimo 1012, Col.
