Collaborate with departments on safety initiatives **Job Description** We are seeking a meticulous and organized EHS Coordinator to join our team in Acuseros, Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs that ensure compliance with Mexican regulations and international standards. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to fostering a safe and healthy workplace for all employees. * Conduct periodic safety audits, inspections, and assessments to identify potential hazards and areas of non-compliance * Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence * Develop and maintain comprehensive EHS documentation, including safety policies, procedures, and compliance records * Analyze safety data and trends to identify patterns and recommend preventive measures * Coordinate and deliver safety training programs to employees at all organizational levels * Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws, environmental regulations, and occupational safety standards * Maintain and update EHS management systems and safety software tools * Prepare and present EHS reports to management and relevant stakeholders * Collaborate with department heads to implement safety initiatives and continuous improvement programs * Monitor workplace conditions and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards * Respond promptly to safety concerns and emergency situations * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EHS regulations and industry best practices **Requirements** * Proven experience as an EHS Coordinator, Safety Officer, or in a similar role within an industrial or manufacturing environment * Solid knowledge of Mexican labor laws, environmental regulations, and occupational safety standards * Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident investigations * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish * Proficiency in managing EHS management systems and safety software applications * Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends * Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and recordkeeping * Problem-solving ability and proactive approach to safety challenges * Experience with OSHA standards or equivalent international safety frameworks is preferred * Experience in developing and delivering safety training programs is preferred * Knowledge of environmental compliance and sustainability practices is preferred * Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams * Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills **Additional Information** We offer competitive salaries aligned with local market standards and the specific scope and responsibilities of each position.
