Advertising company seeks a **General Accountant** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting (graduated or intern). * 2 to 4 years of experience in general accounting. * Experience in accounting recordkeeping and monthly closings. * Proficiency with systems such as CONTPAQi, Aspel COI, or similar. * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, basic formulas). * Knowledge of ISR, IVA, and basic tax obligations. **Job Responsibilities:** * Recording of accounting journal entries (revenues, expenses, general ledger). * Preparation of bank reconciliations. * Consolidation of accounting accounts. * Management of accounts payable and receivable. * Support in invoicing and collections. * Support in calculating monthly taxes (ISR, IVA). * Support in monthly accounting closings. * Management and filing of tax documentation. * Preparation of basic payroll (small staff). * Support in SAT requirements. **Offers:** Salary: $20,000\-25,000 net monthly. Biweekly payment via Santander.
