Corrective Maintenance for CNC Lathes and Machining Centers with FANUC, HAAS, and MAZAK Controls. **Knowledge:** \- Reading and interpretation of electrical diagrams \- Diagnosis and correction of electrical failures \- Knowledge of CNC component communication \- Loader interpretation \- Interaction with CNC parameters \- Knowledge of Keep Relays, Timers, and Datas. \- Interpretation of mechanical/hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams \- Diagnosis and resolution of mechanical failures \- Backlash correction via control \- Correction of mechanical overloads detected by servo motors \- Ball screw alignment \- Turret and tool position adjustment \- Maintenance of general services. **Responsibilities:** \- Response to and follow-up on failures in machines, equipment, and mechanical and electrical components. \- Diagnosis and correction of failures. \- Support for preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities.
