Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Supervisor for a metal-mechanical company with experience in personnel control, resource management, and equipment maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads and trains personnel, ensuring optimal equipment operation. 2. Manages resources and minimizes downtime with a strong sense of urgency. 3. Participates in safety and hygiene committees. A metal-mechanical company is currently seeking a **Technical Supervisor:** **Responsibilities:** * Training and onboarding new personnel (including machine operation and rotation if staffing gaps occur) * Monitoring critical spare parts replacement * Consumables control * Keeping equipment operational * Documenting stoppages and taking corrective actions for failures * Sense of urgency * Reducing setup downtime, covering production supervisor vacations and/or absences * Participating in safety and hygiene committees and brigades * Managing OEE for the Bewo and packaging lines **Required Knowledge:** * Personnel control * Resource management * GD & T * LOTO * Industrial tool handling * Milling machines * TPM * CNC programming * High-volume disc cutters (Bewo, Adige, Rattunde, RCA) **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * Enhanced vacation bonus and year-end bonus * Minor medical expense insurance Interested candidates, please apply through this channel!
