Management of personnel and vehicle entry and exit A cargo exchange guard is a security professional specialized in inspecting, registering, and controlling access of cargo units, containers, and tractor-trailers within company yards. Primary responsibilities include physical inspection, seal verification, logbook completion, patrol rounds, and document management, ensuring a secure and orderly logistical flow. **Main Functions and Activities** · **Physical Inspection:** Thoroughly inspect cargo units and trailers upon yard entry and exit. · **Documentary Control:** Verify documentation and security seals, and record information in logbooks or administrative forms. · **Security:** Conduct surveillance patrols within the yard to prevent risks. · **Logistics:** Manage entry and exit of personnel and cargo vehicles. **Rotating Shifts:** * 2 days from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * 2 days from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. * 2 days off * 5 working days, 2 days off Location: El Cid Industrial Park Drug testing required Position Type: Full-time Salary: $2,500.00 - $2,700.00 per week Benefits: * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed secondary school (Mandatory) Experience: * Transportation industry: 1 year (Mandatory) * Security or guarding: 1 year (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
