Job Summary: We are seeking a Security Guard / Patrol Officer with a high school diploma and experience in access control, perimeter surveillance, and regulatory compliance, along with strong communication and teamwork abilities. Strong communication and teamwork skills. **SECURITY GUARD / PATROL OFFICER.** **Job Description:** Completed high school diploma with equivalent experience in security or surveillance. * **Basic Knowledge:** Access control, security measures, first aid, traffic regulations, adherence to rules and regulations. * **Technology Use:** Computer / Tablet for logging entries and exits (suppliers, staff, etc.), quick learning of access and barrier systems. * **Problem Solving:** Tracking and completing tasks assigned by supervisor or department head. * **Communication:** Ability to interact courteously and effectively with colleagues, residents, suppliers, and superiors. * **Teamwork:** Supporting colleagues in assigned activities. * **Standard Vehicle Operation:** Valid driver's license required. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control of vehicular and pedestrian access for suppliers, staff, construction site residents, etc. * Registration and tracking of resident requests for authorized access. * Perimeter surveillance patrols. * Execution of tasks assigned by immediate supervisor. **Flexible Shifts (Day and Night).** **Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.** **Work Location:** On-site employment in Santiago, N.L.
