Focus on process control and teamwork **TOOL ROOM TECHNICIAN** A leading company in its industry seeks a **Tool Room Technician**, focused on the proper management, control, and preparation of tools for the maintenance and production departments. **Responsibilities** * Changing and measuring CNC tools using hand tools. * Adjusting millimeter-level tolerances on tools. * Organizing and tracking used tools and tools sent for regrinding. * Performing cyclical tool audits in the Tool Room. * Providing technical support and direct assistance to the maintenance department. **Requirements** * Experience with machines and tools. * Completed technical high school education. * Basic knowledge of CNC. * Ability to interpret 2D drawings. * Proficiency in using measuring equipment. * Knowledge of geometric tolerances. **Desired Competencies** * Responsibility and commitment. * Teamwork. * Organization and focus on process control. * Service-oriented attitude. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Punctuality bonus: **$125**. * Attendance bonus: **$125**. * Savings fund: **10% of salary**. * Grocery vouchers: **9% of salary**. * Free transportation and cafeteria. * Vacation: **12 initial days**, as per law. * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo): **25 days**. * Vacation premium: **50%**.
