Required skills and knowledge: Preventive and corrective maintenance in refrigeration; fault diagnosis and repair of the refrigeration electrical system; knowledge of refrigerant gas charging; knowledge of assembly and disassembly of refrigeration equipment; advising users on correct equipment operation; operation of extractors, refrigerators, cold display cases, beverage coolers, ice cream machines, ice makers, freezing chambers, etc. Personal skills: Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced situations; ability to work autonomously and solve problems independently; excellent attention to detail; strong time management skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines. Requirements: Age 25–45 years; Technical or Engineering degree (incomplete or intern) in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Electricity, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or related field; valid standard driver’s license. Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Saturdays, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM, plus weekend on-call duty as per the established schedule.
