Job Summary: We are seeking a Garment Machine Operator and Finishing, Unraveling, and Fusing Operator to ensure garment quality and presentation during production. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on professional finishing and quality control Garment Machine Operator **Department:** Production **Objective:** Assemble and finish high-quality garments under efficiency and safety standards. **What You Will Do:** * **Specialized Operation:** Operate straight-stitch machines, overlock machines (3-, 4-, and 5-thread), buttonhole machines, bartack machines, double-needle machines, and button attaching machines. * **Technical Interpretation:** Read technical sheets and patterns to execute precise stitching. * **Quality Control:** Inspect stitch formation, thread tension, and alignment on each piece. * **Basic Maintenance:** Replace needles and threads, and perform preventive cleaning of equipment. **Key Requirements:** * Prior experience operating industrial garment machinery. * Ability to work toward production targets. * Attention to detail and focus on professional finishing. \-\-\-\-\-\- Finishing, Unraveling, and Fusing Operator **Department:** Production **Objective:** Ensure the flawless presentation of the final product through cleaning, pressing, and visual inspection processes. **What You Will Do:** * **Final Detailing:** Unraveling, removal of debris, and general garment cleaning. * **Fusing Process:** Operate industrial irons and fusing equipment (temperature and pressure control for interfacings and patches). * **Quality Inspection:** Visual inspection of symmetry, seams, and defect detection prior to packaging. * **Internal Logistics:** Assist with folding, labeling, and preparation for shipment. **Key Requirements:** * Manual dexterity and visual acuity. * Discipline to meet delivery deadlines. * Commitment to workplace cleanliness and order. Salary: $9,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
