Resource management and problem solving **CHC Group** **We require:** **Operations and Construction Supervisor with experience in Telecommunications** **Requirements:** * **Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree** related to telecommunications. * **Proven experience managing work crews** or technical teams. * **Minimum 2 years of experience in the field.** * **Personal computer equipment.** **Responsibilities:** * Lead technical teams: Assign tasks and supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and networks. * Supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment and networks, ensuring compliance with safety standards and service quality. * Manage resources: Efficiently administer material, human, and financial resources for operations. * Solve problems: Identify and effectively resolve technical and operational issues. * Coordination and communication: Maintain effective communication and collaborate with other departments and stakeholders. **We offer:** * Net salary starting from $18,000 * All statutory benefits * Growth opportunity * Night shift (8:00 pm to 8:00 am) Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $18,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
