Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Architect or Senior Civil Engineer to lead and coordinate medium- and large-scale construction and architectural development projects. This role focuses heavily on office-based work: planning, control, technical coordination, and project monitoring, with scheduled site visits.
This position is critical to ensuring proper technical execution, cost control, regulatory compliance, and timely project delivery.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, design, and development of architectural and engineering projects.
* Prepare and review construction documents, drawings, and technical documentation.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architecture, structures, installations, and construction).
* Supervise progress, quality, costs, and execution timelines.
* Develop and manage construction budgets and schedules.
* Implement quality control, safety measures, and technical monitoring.
* Report progress, risks, and deviations to management.
* Propose innovative and efficient technical solutions.
* Participate in technical proposals, tenders, and competitions.
Requirements
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (degree certified).
Experience
* Minimum 4–6 years of verifiable experience in medium- and large-scale projects.
* Solid experience in construction planning, site supervision, and project management.
Technical Knowledge
* Advanced proficiency in:
o AutoCAD
o Revit
o BIM
o SketchUp
o Lumion
o Civil 3D
o Microsoft Project
* Familiarity with construction regulations and urban ordinances.
* Budgeting, cost analysis, and financial control.
* PMI or Lean Construction methodologies (preferred).
