We are looking for: **\* Production Supervisor \*** **Experience** * **MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PLASTIC EXTRUSION MACHINES (**Extrusion Blow processes**)** * Plastic Technician / Mechanical Engineer / Industrial Engineer (Incomplete / Intern / Graduate) * Minimum **3 years** verifiable experience in a similar position * ISO 9001 certification is mandatory **Responsibilities** * Machine setup, startup, operation, and adjustment of extrusion equipment * Mold assembly and disassembly * Coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance to prevent machine downtime * Conducting agreed-upon product tests to validate container functionality and recording results and subsequent actions * Ensuring compliance with applicable good manufacturing and documentation practices * Monitoring and supervising production to ensure effectiveness and efficiency, as well as implementing quality improvement practices * Installing, testing, and operating new equipment according to company plans and continuous improvement needs * Instructing personnel on the application of Quality, Safety, and Hygiene Standards and Policies **WE OFFER** * Weekly salary payment * Weekly food vouchers * Monthly attendance bonus * Subsidized cafeteria * Statutory benefits: Social security (IMSS), Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo), 12 vacation days in the first year, Vacation premium * Salary deposited into **your preferred bank** * Permanent employment contract * Fixed day off: Sunday **Location:** PARQUE, LIBRAMIENTO II, 66072 Cdad.
