Position: Inventory Manager Objective: Responsible for inventory management under the IMMEX program; accurately execute physical and cyclic inventories; validate inventory receipts, movements, locations, and shipments; promptly identify, document, and report physical and systemic discrepancies; ensure inventory reliability as the foundation for operational integrity of the IMMEX program On-site Location: Warehouse 111 A, Parque Industrial 300, Santa Catarina, N.L. Requirements: Education: Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or International Trade (operational focus) Experience: 2–3 years in manual inventory management, physical inventory execution, cyclic and annual counts, IMMEX or industrial inventory control, process development, logbooks, forms, ERP usage, ERP development and implementation Technical Competencies: Inventory control (FIFO, maximum/minimum levels), IMMEX operational processes (execution level), Intermediate Excel, Physical counting methodologies, Design of inventory controls — forms, logbooks, processes We Offer: Daily Salary: $728 Weekly Net Salary: $3,705.60 Monthly Gross Salary: $22,131.20 before taxes Payroll Bank: BANORTE Savings Fund: 9% monthly Food Vouchers: 5% monthly Gasoline Vouchers: $2,000.00 pesos monthly Work Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:36 hours (On-site) If interested, and if you meet the position profile and requirements, the hiring process will be as follows: 1.
