Expansión Grupo Alhma invites you to join our team as a General Physician on duty. **Responsibilities:** * Provide medical care to hospitalized patients, those in emergency departments, or outpatients during your shift. * Conduct clinical assessments, diagnoses, treatment, and follow-up. * Respond to interconsultations and medical emergencies arising during the shift. * Record patient progress, procedures, and treatments in the clinical file (physical or electronic). * Coordinate with nursing staff and other hospital departments to ensure comprehensive care. * Stabilize critically ill patients and, if necessary, make timely referrals. * Participate in shift handovers with incoming and outgoing medical teams. * Timely notify family members of critical conditions or significant clinical changes. * Comply with institutional regulations, medical protocols, and biosafety standards. * Support institutional emergency situations (e.g., Code Blue, disasters, etc.). **Job Requirements:** * Academic background: General Physician or Surgeon-Physician with valid professional license. * Preferred: Medical specialty or related diplomas (depending on area of practice). * Experience: Minimum 1 year in hospital or emergency care (preferred). * Technical knowledge: Clinical file management, CPR, pharmacology, relevant NOM standards. * Skills: Working under pressure, decision-making, empathy, effective communication, teamwork.
