We are seeking a person to provide front-desk service in the tourist apartment sector in Mérida (Badajoz). Main responsibilities will include managing guest arrivals and departures, as well as addressing any inquiries or questions guests may have. The role also involves reservation administration, including handling confirmations, modifications, and cancellations. Communication will be a key aspect, covering both telephone support and responding to messages and emails. Additionally, coordination with housekeeping and maintenance teams is required to ensure smooth accommodation operations, as well as intervention in resolving incidents, complaints, or emergencies. Administrative duties include updating records and inventories. A background in tourism or related fields is preferred, and at least one year of prior experience in reception or customer service roles is required. Advanced English proficiency is mandatory; knowledge of other languages is considered an advantage. Strong communication and organizational skills, along with proficiency in digital tools, are essential. A proactive, problem-solving attitude is fundamental. An indefinite-term full-time contract is offered.
