




**REQUIREMENTS** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or related field with professional license (mandatory) * Immediate availability * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word...) * English language skills (spoken, written and reading) * Experience in invoicing, payments and reconciliations * Organization, discretion and attention to detail * Residence in Los Cabos **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Invoicing and payment tracking * Bank reconciliations * Control of accounts and bank transactions * Management of supplier payments * General administrative support for the office * Communication with clients and suppliers in English and Spanish * Handling and follow-up of phone calls, emails and communications in Spanish and English. * Drafting and reviewing documents in both languages. * Scheduling organization, meeting coordination and commitment tracking. * Support in preparing reports, presentations and files. * Database management and handling of confidential information. * General support to various administrative departments as required. **BENEFITS** * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Professional development opportunity * Working hours: Monday \- Friday * Send CV to rruiz@actlegal.com.mx Job type: Full-time, Probationary period Contract duration: 3 months Salary: Starting at $13,500\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
