You must have solid knowledge of physicochemical and microbiological analysis of food products, as well as laboratory equipment and material handling, CIP and COP cleaning, and UHT processes. * Your role will involve supervising food safety and management systems, applying applicable Mexican Standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for controlling and managing personnel assigned to the laboratory, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. * Experience in ERP system management is required to optimize quality processes and reporting.
