Guaranteeing complete customer satisfaction through the management, organization, and direction of material and human resources. Requirements: * Supervise the preparation and assembly of dishes according to the recipe book, using the indicated measuring utensils. * Supervise the work of all kitchen staff. * Master all kitchen areas (cold, hot, pasta, grill or pizzeria). * Prepare sales and supply purchase budgets. * Responsible for restaurant costs and inventories. * Manage appropriate stock levels in both kitchen and warehouse. * Supervision and control of personnel. * Ensure food safety as well as kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
