We are currently seeking a **Mixed Operations Supervisor** to join our team in Jocotepec. **Job responsibilities** * Coordinate with the logistics team on fruit shipments. * Manage the warehouse according to incoming and outgoing packaging materials and shipments. * Record material receipts, transfers between suppliers, and incoming goods and materials. * Control physical inventory levels of the warehouse under your custody and reconcile them with the system. * Control, supervise and/or execute warehouse processes. * Conduct physical inventories / daily reconciliation of fruit: receipts vs. stock vs. shipments. * Coordinate with the Production Manager and direct supervisor regarding goods receipt. * Jointly organize the general procurement schedule with the Production department and direct supervisor. * Prepare a monthly balance based on goods receipt and dispatch documentation. * Consolidate pallets according to traceability requirements. Generate reports for KPI review. Review and supervise proper cold pre-storage handling, conservation of products, and fruit palletizing. * Prepare required documentation for fruit shipments. **Job requirements:** · Completed high school diploma or technical/professional degree (incomplete), e.g., Industrial Engineering, Agro-Food or Administration. · Minimum 1 year in a similar position. **Knowledge:** · Computer proficiency · Basic accounting; basic material planning and reorder scheduling · Good Storage Practices (GSP), BPM, and Warehouse Management. **Benefits and additional perks** · Base salary · Statutory benefits · Meal vouchers **Key skills:** – Strong leadership and teamwork abilities. – Excellent communication and negotiation skills. – Results-oriented mindset. – Proactivity and problem-solving capability.
