Position Summary: We are seeking a QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER for the Retail Channel to lead operational optimization and ensure high service and sales standards. Key Highlights: 1. Develop a culture of continuous improvement and prevention **Opportunity:** We are looking for a QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER for the Retail Channel at Dondé Cookies. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and optimizing sales operations in stores and supermarkets, ensuring high service levels and achievement of sales targets. **Responsibilities:** * Lead the Quality Assurance team to implement plans, programs, and projects aimed at maintaining standards * Investigate root causes, define corrective and preventive actions, and ensure their effective implementation and follow-up on customer and consumer complaints, proposing definitive solutions to prevent recurrence. * Define strategic indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, evaluate system performance, and prioritize improvement initiatives that generate value, reduce costs of poor quality, and strengthen the company’s reputation. * Foster a preventive and continuous improvement culture, promoting the “quality from the source” approach and shared accountability across all organizational levels. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of first- and second-party audits * Knowledge of Total Quality Management principles * Knowledge of strategic and operational quality indicators * Management of regulatory changes and non-compliance risks * Food safety management systems **Benefits:** * We offer a collaborative and challenging work environment. * You will have opportunities for professional development and growth within the company. * You will work in an environment that values excellence and commitment. * Statutory benefits from day one.
