Measurement of KPI-based indicators Remexco is seeking an Information Analyst: **General Objective:** Process and generate information for the assigned portfolio, as well as prepare and send internal and external reports in accordance with the Financial Institution's identified data set requirements. Requirements: * Male or female * Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration * Knowledge and experience in database management and information handling (Outlook, Intermediate Word, Intermediate Excel, Visio, and Access), and information technology. Responsibilities: * Prepare reports and charts showing recovery trends and overall performance. * Preparation and analysis of recovery, as well as daily and monthly trends * Preparation of payment commitment reports, units, and compliance tracking * Preparation of inbound, outbound, and wait-time call reports * Preparation of call and visit management productivity reports * Preparation of debtor contact reports for calls and visits * Preparation and submission of client-requested reports * Measurement of client-assigned targets * Feedback to the supervisor for each portfolio to analyze the aforementioned points * Measurement of KPI-based indicators We offer: * Statutory benefits * Growth opportunity * Biweekly salary Employment type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
