Químicos La Anita, a leading company in the manufacturing sector dedicated to the production and distribution of household cleaning products, invites you to join its team for the position of PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR Requirements: Industrial or Chemical Engineering degree, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably with knowledge of packaging, labeling, and capping processes in the chemical industry. Supervision of operational staff Basic knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; SAP experience is desirable Responsibilities: Supervise chemical product packaging to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are met. Verify that packaged products comply with quality, functionality, and safety specifications. Manage preventive or corrective maintenance of equipment and machinery. Ensure use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety standards when handling chemicals. Train, guide, and supervise the production team, assigning tasks and shifts.
