Job Summary: We are seeking a Product Specifier for IUSA to promote and ensure the integration of hardware products into private and government projects, thereby contributing to profitability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Achieve product specification in construction projects and engineering works 2. Participate in tenders and site visits to projects 3. Negotiate and maintain agreements Grupo IUSA, a hardware company, is looking for: IUSA Product Specifier. Position Objective: To specify products from a leading hardware brand in private and government construction projects and engineering works, thereby supporting the achievement of profitability goals. · Requirements: + Experience in specification work for private construction, industrial, and government projects. + Knowledge of product specification. + Laptop is mandatory. ++++++++++ + Residence in Mérida, Yucatán +++++++++ + Knowledge of hardware industry products (gas, water, electrical, PV, etc.) · Responsibilities: - Identify business opportunities. - Prospect and participate in tenders. - Visit projects. - Negotiate, update, and maintain agreements. - Provide technical information support. - Collaborate with local housing and construction chambers under your responsibility. - Attend and participate in trade exhibitions. - Submit project reports. - Monthly/Weekly work schedule. - Record of visits. - Summary of agreements. - Portfolio of developers, government offices, and industrial clients. · We Offer: - Attractive bi-weekly base salary plus variable compensation ($30,000) - Statutory benefits from day one. - Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. - Work schedule: Monday to Friday. - Utility vehicle. - Requirements: Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree years of experience
