**REQUIREMENTS** Industrial Engineer, Civil Engineer or related field Minimum 5 years of experience Must reside in Mérida, Yucatán **JOB DESCRIPTION** Interpret structural drawings and welding details, cuts, etc. Review and/or preparation of beam layouts, connections, bracing, struts, tensioners, optimizing material usage and prioritizing maximum utilization according to the structural project. Review workshop drawings, structural details, connection and welding details using plasma CNC software. Proficiency in operating plasma CNC machinery with prior knowledge and experience, being fully responsible for all equipment, tools, and resources available in the workshop. Ability to solve problems or provide proposals for missing information or issues arising from drawings during field execution. Review daily construction progress reports. Coordinate assigned personnel. Organize, administer, and manage contractor and subcontractor staff involved in structural works. Responsible for supervising, delivering, and receiving quality assurance for work performed by workers, contractors, and subcontractors. Review material quantification for requisition preparation. Material tracking and follow-up. Interpretation of blueprints and implementation on site. Verify construction processes.
