Corrective maintenance. 2. Preventive maintenance. 3. Equipment inspection and operation at the plant. 4. Propose, evaluate, and implement mechanical or electrical improvements and modifications to enhance equipment performance. 5. Ensure continuous operation of all plant production equipment. 6. Contribute ideas and implement actions for continuous improvement and increased production capacity. Inspect and examine equipment, verify its physical condition and functionality to ensure production: Ability to perform and execute necessary corrections and/or adjustments as required by plant production equipment, thereby maintaining operation with minimal downtime. Possess the knowledge and skills required to carry out such activities. **Requirements** * Technical college degree or degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering. * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar position and industry. * Desired knowledge in electrical control, automation, mechanics, cutting, and welding. * Availability for flexible working hours and shift rotation during weekdays. * Proactive, responsible, and team-oriented attitude. * Basic knowledge of Windows software. * Knowledge of work management software such as Svision or similar (desirable). **Additional Information** Weekly salary, Weekly bonus, Monthly productivity bonus, Grocery vouchers, Meal subsidy, Employee transportation, 30-day year-end bonus, 50% paid vacation premium, Savings fund contribution of 6%, matched by the company (capped), Vacation days as stipulated under the Federal Labor Law (LFT).
