




DESCRIPTION We are looking for a **Brand Manager** for the city of **Monterrey**, whose purpose is to define, execute, and optimize the comprehensive strategy for assigned brands, ensuring their proper implementation across all touchpoints and alignment with business objectives. This role has a direct impact on brand positioning, profitability, and growth. REQUIREMENTS **Mandatory:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management, strategic marketing, or similar positions. * Experience in defining and executing brand strategies. * **Basic to intermediate knowledge of telecommunications.** * Ability to analyze commercial and marketing results. * Ability to coordinate projects and work with cross-functional teams. * Availability to work under a base salary + commission compensation structure. **Desirable:** * Experience leading or coordinating teams (for managerial level). * Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously. * Experience in companies within the telecommunications sector
