Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor with experience in manufacturing and leadership to manage personnel and production systems, with emphasis on quality and continuous improvement. The Mérida plant belongs to the PCC Airfoils Division, the leading manufacturer of castings for aerospace and industrial gas turbines. Due to growth, we are currently seeking: “Production Supervisors” REQUIREMENTS: • Education: Industrial Engineer or equivalent. • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing areas with personnel reporting. • Availability to work rotating shifts (including night shift). GENERAL KNOWLEDGE IN: • Experience managing teams of more than 30 people. (Mandatory) • Production systems administration. • Product flow across all assigned operations. • Production reporting. • Quality Management Systems. • Industrial safety, 5S, continuous improvement.
