PCC Airfoils is a global leader dedicated to manufacturing specialized components for the aerospace and power generation industries. Due to growth, we are seeking “Manufacturing Process Engineers” for our plant in Mérida. REQUIREMENTS: • Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics Engineering, or related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in production processes with supervision of operational staff. • Prior experience in training operational staff is preferred. • Advanced English language proficiency (written and oral assessment will be conducted). REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Ability to analyze data and solve problems. • Staff training capability. • Proactive problem-solving attitude. • Conflict management ability. • Teamwork. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Monitoring and achieving production targets based on KPIs. • Supervising and developing operational staff. • Experience in technical training of personnel. • Ability to generate reports and analyze data. • Ability to interpret technical work instructions.
