Your role will involve identifying training needs through performance analysis and creating effective training materials. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure training programs align with the company’s strategic objectives. Availability to rotate between 2 shifts from Monday to Saturday is required. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating the impact of training initiatives and making necessary adjustments to maximize their effectiveness. Prior experience in training program design, data analysis capability, and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
