Below are the requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Mechanics or related field Experience: 2 years or more Responsibilities: Supervision of an in-house fleet of 80 units Supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance at yards Preparation of payroll for direct reports (9 personnel—mechanics) Scheduling of work shifts Tire traffic-light system management Purchase order processing Coordination of vehicle recoveries Control of supplies Scheduling and tracking of vehicles for corrective maintenance Physical-mechanical inspection of vehicles Weekly and monthly reporting Scheduling of supplier payments Requirements: • Advanced or intermediate Excel • SAP proficiency • Availability to rotate shifts • Dynamic Grupo Bachoco does not charge any fees for participation in its recruitment, evaluation, selection, and hiring processes. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education—Bachelor’s degree 2 years of experience Age: between 25 and 45 years Driver’s license: Class A Keywords: resident, supervisor, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, maintenance, conservation, mantenimiento
