Job Summary: Grupo Bachoco seeks an experienced Automotive Mechanical Engineer to supervise a fleet of 80 units, manage preventive and corrective maintenance, and lead a team of mechanics. Below are the requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Mechanics or related field Experience: 2 years or more Responsibilities: Supervision of an in-house fleet of 80 units Supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance at yards Preparation of payroll for direct reports (9 mechanics) Scheduling of work shifts Tire status monitoring Processing purchase orders Coordinating vehicle recoveries Control of supplies Scheduling and tracking of units requiring corrective maintenance Physical-mechanical inspection of units Weekly and monthly reporting Scheduling payments to suppliers Requirements: • Advanced or intermediate Excel proficiency • SAP system knowledge • Availability to rotate shifts • Dynamic Grupo Bachoco does not charge any fees for participation in its recruitment, evaluation, selection, and hiring processes. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Specialization 2 years of experience Age: between 24 and 45 years Driver’s License: Class A Keywords: resident, supervisor, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, maintenance, conservation, maintenance
