Job Summary: Responsible for supervising the pulping area, leading the team, and ensuring compliance with production, quality, maintenance, and raw material logistics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team leadership in the pulping area 2. Verification and assurance of quality and production standards 3. Inventory management and receipt of raw materials • Responsible for the pulping area, ensuring accurate weighing of raw materials and production of manufactured goods. • Supervision and leadership of the pulping area team. • Raw material inventory management. • Verification of production work plan compliance. • Verification of maintenance work plan compliance. • Verification of quality standard compliance. • Verification of cleaning and painting work plan compliance for areas. • Verification of cleaning and painting work plan compliance for equipment. • Receipt of raw materials from suppliers. • Verification of lot tracking system and first-in-first-out (FIFO) compliance. • Verification of attendance and punctuality compliance for the pulping team.
