Yucatán, Mérida, Yucatán Contract type: Full-time Department: Collections What are we looking for? Loading and monitoring of collection strategies. Validation of consistent operational performance during the workday according to specified requirements. Real-time and historical operational analysis in reports based on key performance indicators. Detection of incidents in the call center, with follow-up until resolution.
