At KOONOL, we seek an organized, analytical individual with a strong sense of control to join our commercial team as a Sales Supervisor, ensuring proper administrative validation and tracking of commercial operations. Requirements: 1 to 3 years of experience in sales administration, control desk, or similar position. Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related field. Knowledge and Skills: Intermediate Excel proficiency. Billing processes. Accounts receivable and credit control. High attention to detail. Organization and adherence to processes. Numerical analysis capability. Ability to work under pressure. MICROSIP and SAP Main Responsibilities: Validation and registration of orders in the system. Review of prices, discounts, and commercial terms. Generation and validation of billing in MICROSIP. Verification of credit terms prior to order release. Administrative tracking until order delivery. Preparation of commercial reports. Identification and correction of inconsistencies. Handling of waybills, trip settlements, and billing.
